"We found our luggage had been stolen from while inside a locked private room. After bringing this to the attention of staff they told us the footage had been deleted and several staff lied to us in the process. At the police station we learned this was a known problem for this property. Other guests need to be careful around the staff of this place."

"This is definitely not a 4 stars hotel. It must be a 2 stars boutique homestay instead. Room is too small for 2 king bed. Bathroom is too small with old shower stall. Old furniture and squeaking wood floor. Felt unwelcome by the management. Definitely not happy stay and not recommend to others. "

"The staff is nice but they advertised a full kitchen, coffee and tea makers, etc. they don't even have cups. I brought my own coffee and just needed a cup for hot water and they said they don't have any at all and there's nothing they can do. Why would they advertise a kitchen with no dishes or utensils?
