Best breakfast buffet we've had in Europe. The whole facility was extremely clean and the spa was wonderful after a long day of sightseeing. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating to our requests, such as a late check out. It was a wonderful stay.

Bristol Palace Hotel
My stay at Bristol Palace was nearly perfect! The personnel is extremely courteous, helpful, eager to make sure your stay goes as well as possible. Communication before travel was pore as I didn’t get info trough the app it was a part of Holiday Inn. Couldn’t get trough with number provided but when I arrived and realized it was trough the hotel I was so happy. All great even if no view but flat was amazing!

部屋は豪華です。4人泊まれるのに、一人でだったのでゆったりです。最上階でベランダが広いので、気持ちいいです。ただ、鍵の受け渡しが、あまりスムーズではありません。30分も遅れてきたので、受け渡しの場所があっているのかどうか、心配でした。
