"It was easy to find the flat and plenty of parking. We stayed at level 3, room no 5. Unfortunately a very strong drainage smell was coming out of the toilet which stunk the bedroom. The curtains won't close. The shower was dirty. We alerted the owner of this who admitted there was a drainage issue in the building that has been causing the smell. He said at 10:30pm at night if we didnt like it we could leave. The next day, despite admitting to the problem the night before he then denied it...

Very clean with comfy bed in sleeping room. 2 bathrooms. Fast wifi superb aircon. Ovearall perfect place in Catania clise to museums. Only half minute from alibus stops to airport metro and many buses. Almost at Via Etnea with many shops I will come back as soon as possible . Highly recommend. "

"Nice apartment, very good location. However the address on hotels.com didn’t match with the actual address, we got dropped of a cab on the wrong place since we weren’t informed about the right address. The host were kind to pick us up though. "

"The communication was reliant on messages. No direct contact. No guest handbook explaining how to turn the sockets on. No gas for the cooker until someone came out after 2 days to turn it on under the sink. Poor decorative order. Great location but a poor start"
