"Nice apartment, very good location. However the address on hotels.com didn’t match with the actual address, we got dropped of a cab on the wrong place since we weren’t informed about the right address. The host were kind to pick us up though. "

"The apartment was in a lovely location—nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet just a short walk to everything. Overall, the place was okay, but it could really use a deep clean from top to bottom. There was a faint smell of mold and cigarette smoke, and unfortunately, the strong smoke odor from the stairwell also made its way into the apartment. "Excellent modern property. It was great for our weekend in Catania. A bit loud on the street at night but everything else was perfect. "

"Relatively clean aside from dirt on floors and the white stain on the couch. Biggest issues were: * consistent strong sewage smell in main bathroom, bordering on nauseating. * Cheap soaps * pillows were horrible. Like a rock. * bed was angled in middle -- like sleeping in a burrito * no instructions on entering -- building door key did not work well, had to play with it for 10 min to figure out how to make it work. Also took a while to figure out the entryway lights for the building, etc....

"Nice property, very safe in a gated complex - the owner lives next door so was really handy if anything went wrong and Rosa was very quick to respond! Her son Alessandro was amazing and gave us lots of recommendations on where to go - even took us to a lido one day! "

Fantastic hosts, comfortable accommodation

"Fantastic stay with the Ferrini. Great base to be in the heart of the city, yet quiet and well air conditioned. Great place for a couple. The staff were super helpful and hospitable from introdusin us to the place to helping with ideas or things to do. Very polite and helpful, can't rate them high enough. We did not have a car, maybe harder with one and where youy park etc. "

"My stay here was beyond delightful. Staff was sooo helpful, from helping me book an airport transfer to helping me find stores and restaurants nearby. The response time was 24/7 and so fast. I can’t recommend it enough. The palazzo is BEAUTIFUL and so so so nice to just walk around and admire. Only thing is there are lots of stairs so be prepared. It wasn’t a problem for us at all though. It’s quick and easy to access the property. They also have complimentary espresso! Which is lovely for the morning before heading out to the town. "
