"The overall stay was fine, however, the air conditioning unit in our room along with the refrigerator was not working properly. Good thing it wasn't super hot outside, or the room would have been stifling. Also, the reported check out time is 12 pm, however, what I am guessing was housekeeping was knocking at our door at 10am wondering what time we were checking out...seemed pretty invasive. The breakfast was a normal continental breakfast, and offered a healthier choice of chicken sausage rather than pork, which was a plus for me."

"Extremely helpful and friendly night clerk. Other then that... No fridge in room, only 3 towels total (no hand towels or washcloths), no towel racks, both broken off wall. Was told breakfast 6-8am, there was nothing.. Zero! Not eaten or gone, I was there by 6:15am. Was glad just to have a clean, comfortable bed."

"The room I stayed in was filthy. The sheets were either stained or dirty and bed remade. The floor was sticky and under the beds never looked to be cleaned, the one mattress was stained horribly and looked nasty. The bathroom was gross, the outlets were rusted and outdated the whole place needed to be updated."

"Very truthful review! What we loved… This hotel was amazing. We loved our stay. Room was very clean and very nice. The smell throughout the entire hotel smelled amazing. Beds are comfortable. Pillows soft and you get 4 per bead. Sheets and blankets very soft. A/C wall unit worked great. The sinks confused us at first…they are motion censored-lol. It was great having a sink & mirror in the bathroom and a sink & mirror outside the bathroom. There were 2 women & 2 girls in our travel group so we loved that. Very spacious fridge in room. Very spacious hallways. Staff very friendly. Upgrades to this hotel are very very nice. Quiet and no disturbances. What could be better… You only get one key for your room. It is not a card but a little square that unlocked the door. We noticed the doors had keypads but we were not told a code. Things we did not like… 1. The water pressure in our shower was bad. It took a very long time to rinse not only the soap off your body but trying to rinse your hair took forever. Definitely needs an upgrade there. 2. We did not like the fact that the side doors stayed unlocked at all times and you did not need a key for entry. Definitely a security issue there. To be fair though it was in a nice area but still would have been nice to feel a little more secure. We unfortunately did not have the pleasure of using the dining area or the pool because of our schedule but they looked nice. Definitely will stay again when we are in the area!"
