"Great stay as always "

"Comfortable. Slept good all night. Don’t particularly like that they allow dogs to stay in the rooms. Some people are allergic to dog dander. Service dogs are an acception."

"Room was comfortable and clean. Loved the fresh made cookies and the ice water with orange slices that was available was a nice touch! Staff was most friendly and helpful. Only criticisms: the walls are very thin. You can hear folks in the rooms beside you and unfortunately our room was located directly in front of the ice machine so we heard the noise from the ice machine all night. You would tell the rooms above us had some water damage at one point because of discoloration on our ceiling but our room was as clean as it could be. "

"I checked in at 2:30 am and knew that I had until 11:00am to check out. It was 10:45 and I was loading my car and they locked me out. Key quit working at 10:44. Desk clerk didn’t understand why I was angry. They lock you out before check out. What the hell Reena was very very rude. She thinks we are in some India. Caste system. And treated me like trash because she didn’t know how to print a receipt "

"What an amazing stay. It’s a beautiful home, such a friendly host and staff, wonderful breakfast and amazing town. Planning a trip back in September! Loved Jefferson and Steamboat Inn!"

"Bed was stiff. Toilet actually emitted a harsh scream the entire time it was filling after flushing; 2 large black spiders wanted to know what the fuss was about. For some reason, the TV remote was kept in the office; however, the desk clerk did bring it to us. Was never able to connect to the WiFi, in part due to the fact that I wasn’t willing to provide personal data to connect to the unsecured network. "
