The woman was friendly. It’s just not very coordinated. Also super cheap so wasn’t expecting a lot. The AC unit had air fresheners on it to cover the smell. The door only locks via deadbolt, the knob lock doesn’t work. The beds were clean. Idk, it was ok considering it’s only $130 for 2 nights.

Horrible plus tax, I usually don’t leave reviews but Jesus Lord this was way beyond horrible. Check in was bad and if I was mistaken there is no word to describe check out. Owners please do the customers a huge favor and shut this place down. I would advise my worst enemy to stay away from this hell hole.

Several residents up talking outside most of the night and the walls are like paper. The room was dirty and the sheets were full of hair and dirt. An acrid smell lingered in the room. Stains and dirt on bedding. Next time I would rather sleep in my car.

Breakfast didn't happen, breakfast is supposedly served from 7-10, at 8am there was only an empty coffee pot along with no staff to be found. When I messaged the number on the front windows, i was advised "My apologies, you are too late." There was that night when the management knocked loudly on the door, handed me his cell phone where I was advised by the owner, "You cannot be in this room alone, you must go to a single room-Now!" I refused as I was sleeping and that was the room that was paid for. My reservation for the following night was refused due to my staying in that room and they have refused to tell the booking agent why my reservation was not accepted causing me not to be refunded for the night.

Only a towel, no washcloth or hand towel. No garbage can. Stains on comforter and couch. Shower unusable& floor with wood peeling around it and toilet. Advertised breakfast but nothing. No ice or drinkable water because of iron & lead in the water. People living there in rooms long term. Unsafe area.

The room was absolutely nothing like the pictures. There was no air conditioning even though the temperature was around 90°F. There was no running water, the shower was dirty, the toilet was broken, and the entire room smelled strongly of mold and mildew. The conditions were unacceptable and the room was horrible. Because of these issues, I had to check out early.

Do not stay here. The doors only stay closed with the deadbolt on. Rooms are dirty. No one works the front desk. You have to keep calling the number posted on the window and they forward your calls to voicemail. Took about 40 minutes to talk to someone and then when I called Expedia to cancel the reservation and get a refund the hotel won’t answer any calls.
