"All emeritenses were way above our expectations! The entire hotel was immaculately clean and organized! The staff was exceptional and professional. There is one staff member that made our stay very welcoming and comfortable and his name is Diego! He is a true gentleman and a great human being. WO is truly blessed to have him working there!"

"Parking is atrocious. Staff initially told us the valet was not available, which had us searching forever for a parking space. We planned chill mom-daughter night but there were no robes in the room. Amazon Prime would not load. Door would not unlock. Overall, not at seamless as I was hoping for for a high-end hotel. "

"It was a great fun filled 2 nights and 3 days stay. There a lot of things to do for kids. Once you’re inside, there’s no need to go out. Several restaurants to choice, kids activities and the water park. My kids are already planning to come back. "

"The one bedroom suite could have been more functional had there been some sort of coat rack/hooks or small closet/enclosure at the entrance door to the unit. And space for boots."

"I have photos of how dirty the blinds were in the bathroom, Black spots all over them and dust completely covering them. Disgusting. The tv isn’t even facing the beds it’s facing a wall n bar table. Opposite of your bed and it doesn’t even rotate to face the bed. Honestly disappointed with this place sadly. Lobby is beautiful that’s it. "
