Courteous staff , very helpful staff. large spacious room and clean. I would have liked coffee available in the afternoon as well. The room could be improved with hardwood floor throughout room and not just the entrance foyer.

the room was very nice and clean, the staff were very friendly and nice. the casino is very well operated and clean, the restaurant is expensive and so so. The property is not wonderful, i don't think property is that important for a casino who sits outside. I had great fun and we will go back but it will be a while

I really like staying here as it is usually very quiet. The beds are comfortable, the rooms spacious and nicely appointed. If you are looking for a good night's sleep in a hotel, I can recommend this. Only downside: there is no breakfast option available for those of us who get up early (before 7am).

Beautiful, we come here often to get away from Toronto. Quiet place, hotel staff is friendly and it’s very nice. Not much of a young crowd but if you need a break this where you should book your next stay.
