"We've just returned from a wonderful stay at Heachem Beach and wouldn't hesitate to return. The caravan had everything we needed, even a fridge freezer which was a nice surprise. There are some steps to the left as you walk up onto the road, this leads to a track that then takes you down to North Beach, then you can walk along South Beach, and back to the entrance of the caravan park. "A beautiful remote property, situated in the countryside. 10 minutes walk to a lovely, award winning pub with stunning food and friendly staff. 15-20 minutes drive to the nearest supermarket. The owners of this property, who live next door, were very welcoming and friendly. They've thought of everything, including a welcome pack of milk, bread and butter. "Plenty of positives: high quality complementary toiletries, Dyson hair dryer, coffee machine & kettle, fresh milk & water provided, facilities downstairs were excellent and comfortable, food good, staff friendly and helpful. However, we were in a standard room which was not of the same standard. Shabby decor, small & cramped; only one chair, internal phone not working, WIFI unusable in room, bathroom sink didn’t drain and toilet ran constantly, poor shower. If you have any mobility issues you need to let them know before booking as there is no lift and we had a shower over bath."
