The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "SCAM!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Paid for my sons birthday weekend away (4y.o) drove 2.5 hours to get here and the host didnt send us entry code to the apartment so couldnt get in. Expedia confirmed all booking, tried to contact the host but blocking my calle. Texts delivered and left voicemails asking to call us but had no reply. Took our money and put a case with expedia and they refused to refund ao had to contact fraud department with my bank and pay for a hotel late at night instead!! Ruined...

"Super cosy cottage with everything you could wish for. Super communication from Sue who kindly informed us that we were able to check in earlier than expected. Extremely comfortable and clean. Lovely village with amenities and buses to York. Park and ride option just a short drive away by a great designer outlet. "The staff were outstanding. I was in town as sponsor of the boxing event across at the arena so was v v busy 24 hours for me. Every member of staff made it all considerably easier for me due to their immaculate professionalism throughout, i wish i could recall their names but from the lady on reception to the ladies cleaning the room, it was elite level. Thanks to all and well done. "
