Altough be careful it advertises parking available on request and a washer and dryer there is no parking and no dryer…but drying rack is availble. I VERY creaky floors, no one above us but i felt terrible for the people under us everytime i walked, even on tippy toes it was uncontrollable….

"Property is in a great location within walkable distance to all the main local attractions including the Mercado, Cable Car and Marina. There's also a great rooftop seating area which we found amazing to sit in an evening to view the mountainside villages.
The only down side was because it's in such a great central location, it's very noisy. The supermarket opposite is open early until late and the current construction work directly opposite the property continued until 22.20pm with drilling...

There was room service and that was unexpected. They came daily and refilled toilet paper and towels. Great shops nearby. Not great building or bed but can do the work."

"A 5 star resort , great spa too. Indoor pools, hot tub and steam room were serien. Our massage therapist was knowledgeable and friendly as well.
The main outdoor pool is massive and water warm. The breakfast buffet is outstanding . The staff were always polite and spoke various languages fluently. Our room was very large with a terrific shower. I loved their optional pillow selection as well. The cleaning staff folded our clothes too daily. A nice touch. There are plenty of great restaurants close to the hotel, all reasonably priced and served up good food options. Overall I’d recommend this facility. "
