"Helpful friendly service, although this property is probably quite old maybe 20yrs old it has been maintained very well, linen of a high standard and comfortable tv dst channels work well and free wi-fi works well. Would recommend for a family holiday."

"It was a charming little room with a balcony. Private, quiet and sweet. We loved it! And we will be back. :) Security-wise it wasn't as good as it could have been. The property gate was always open and didn't respond to the clicker we received. The garage door didn't have a key so only locked from the inside. Very spacious penthouse apartment. can do with some upgrades, like bed was not comfortable, it rained the whole weekend i was there, there is a leak from the top of the small windows which needs to be sorted out, taps needs to be upgraded and some paint will help, having said that very nice spot and excellent...

"Place needs a serious upgrade, please INSPECT property as your credibility as hotels.com is on the line! There were cockroaches in room, they only sprayed doom and next day we as guests had to stay in the room. I have used this website for 12 yrs and have never been so horrified at the state of a hotel and the way they handled this issue. Please investigate!! "
