Ivan Motto recently upgraded three rooms we reserved for a family vacation to oceanfront balcony rooms and went the extra mile and sent snacks to the room for us to enjoy. He made our stay non stressful so we could create family memories. We are already booked to go back in a couple of weeks."

"The hotel was great. The rooms were very nice, the rooftop pool was beautiful, and the beach access was great. The staff was also very nice. My only gripe really was the price of parking. It was a lot. The wonderful gentleman at the desk helped us out a little with that but it would have been worse if he didn’t. Also, I really didn’t know where we were supposed to get them pool towels etc but other than that…. The hotel was great."

They had a small store so I was able to get breakfast and a few items I had forgotten before leaving for the cruise. Since I didn’t have a car it made it very convenient to have everything there in the property."

"The property is under construction so during the day down to one elevator and lots of banging. The pool was nice, walking distance to many restaurants, there is a shuttle to the cruise port but there is an extra cost to this when I called and asked I was not told about the extra cost so was shocked when I registered us when we got there. Breakfast was good and staff was nice."
