"The property grounds are very lovely, spacious, wonderful trees and green space, plenty of parking, and wonderful views and access to the lake. We used the tennis court, ping pong table, pool, and hot tub during our stay, and they were all great. The pool is not heated, so the water was too cold for our family, but I’m certain it would be very welcoming during the warmer summer months. The hot tub was nice, although some of our group thought it would be nice if it were hotter. The on-site restaurant was excellent. The staff in reception were always friendly and responsive. Our family of five stayed in a three bedroom accommodation, and it had the perfect amount of space. We arrived late afternoon, and check-in was quick and smooth. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows. There were plenty of extra outlets for charging everyone’s phones. There was plenty of kitchenware and fridge space although we didn’t really use any of it this stay. We did encounter some ants on the kitchen counter and dining table even though we didn’t have any food in the place (we ate all of our meals at local restaurants and did not bring back any leftovers/takeaway), but ants can happen anywhere, anytime so we did not get worked up over it. The place was otherwise clean and cozy. If we return to the area, we would happily stay here again."

"The room was large with a large spacious bathroom. The room was on the ground floor and overlooking the street which made you feel looked in to. Some sort of blind or lace curtain would give a bit more privacy. The option for underground parking was great. It had everything we needed and was very warm. There was building work going on on the building next door however we did not hear anything and it did not disturb us at all."

"The location is amazing, just a few steps from Tauranga waterfront and shops. It also has a restaurant, which is convenient if you want to stay in. The rooms were spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful."

"Excellent location beside Papamoa Plaza and across from Fashion Island. Good amenities in unit with full kitchen and laundry, sky tv and garage. Bit dated and low water pressure, but overall a good stay and would stay again for convenience."
