"We needed a late check in and called the Seabrook about 7pm, the lobby was going to be closed at 11 and since we arrived around midnight im glad we called and they were very accommodating. Continental breakfast was simple and hit the spot. We have stayed here multiple times when visiting UNH. Convenient to highway and a typical motor lodge experience."

"Beautiful spot, very clean and tidy rooms, kind and helpful staff, easy parking once you make your way down through Bearskin neck. The view is unbelievable, right on the water. Shopping right out the doorstep."

"My cousin and I travel a lot, and this property was absolutely perfect for us. It was close to the beach, so clean and cute inside and the office staff were so accommodating. We would recommend this place 100%. Such a great stay. We even stayed during the off-season when most things were closed and would still recommend staying."

"The motel is ok, probably fine for a summer place to be near the beach. It was fairly cold when we checked in and apparently the rooms we were put in have no heat. So we had to ask the front desk for space heaters, which they happily brought and did keep the place very warm.
It's no frills, but the bed was comfortable enough and it was close to Wally's where we were going, so it did the job for us just fine."

"I was not impressed with my stay here. The booking check-in and check-out times are extremely inconsistent. There is 1 person in the office from 9am-2pm (check in-hours) and then no one is on the premise after. They will leave the key in the room for you if coming after hours which was helpful, but I would have booked elsewhere if this was made more prominently aware on the Expedia site. The beds were so uncomfortable, worse than a Motel 6. They do give lots of pillows and towels but the bed is made up of sheets and a top cover made of thin polyester...there isn't a blanket at all. The floors in our room and bathroom were not swept or cleaned and covered in hair and sand. There was some kind of bloody booger wiped on the bathroom door frame. There was no toilet paper in our room and because no one was on the premises we had to go and buy some right when we got in. The doors to the rooms are sliding glass doors with one key. There are no additional locks beyond this or ways to keep the door locked and secure which if you're traveling alone might make you uncomfortable. When I checked-out the person was on their phone with their feet propped up on the counter. This is not a $200 a night hotel and I don't understand the overly positive reviews for this overpriced property."
"Check out clerk very arrogant. Wanted a coffee and station empty. I told her they were out of coffee. She never answered and didn’t return for 15 minutes. No apologies nothing. Asked about fun things to do on a Saturday. She said take a pamphlet"

"I called to ask for an early check in, was told to call the morning of the stay. I called the morning of the stay, was told they can't say if I can check, that I just need to show up and hope they have a room available. After I checked in I asked for late check out and was told they can't give me an answer until the manager comes in in the morning. They never told me if I cold get late check out."

"We had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. The entire facility is clean and inviting, our room was exactly what we needed and extremely comfortable, and breakfast was absolutely lovely and unexpectedly comprehensive. Not to mention we were a 2 min drive away from everything we hoped to do. We will certainly be returning the next time we're in town."
