Terrible. Terrible experience, Terrible Property Manager(Sarah), that takes zero ownership. Pay for a room only to show up and be told that room is not available. Passes the blame on everyone else instead of taking ownership of the issue. Will not allow refund to be processed when they didn’t even have the room that we paid for. So now we are out the money for that reservation plus have to pay for another nights stay at a different hotel. Beware of Sarah… she’s a real gem with impeccable Customer Service skills! I’d like to say that you get what you pay for staying in a subpar hotel… but in this case we didn’t even get that. Hope your experience is better.

The pool was out of service during stay. We went through 5 different remote controls for the TV and still none would work. No one would come to the room to try and look at it or fix it, just kept giving us new remotes.

My first time booking a hotel room and I was amazed. As someone who works as a housekeeper those rooms were clean and shining. Loved my one night stay there! The only thing was the jacuzzi jets didn’t work but it was fine we loved our experience there and the people there. Very good hotel! Lovely staff!!

The building has no AC other than in the rooms. Smells like marijuana and cigarettes. Couldn't even give us another towel. Sounded like they were remodeling a room in the middle of the night. Will never stay there again. Dump. Website not at all accurate to reality.

Cosmetically not my first choice, however, it gets the job done. There was a strong smoking smell in the hallway which off putting and the lobby didn’t have A/C. The staff though was really good. Whatever I needed they were on it and quick with it too.

The staff was nice. That was the only plus side. The pool was closed. The "breakfast" only consisted of waffles you have to make yourself. The polite front desk workers are the only reason I'm not upset. Lol.
