Paphos is a popular seaside resort, where the star attractions are sun, sea and sand. The promenade is also known as Poseidonos, a name that aptly references the Greek god of the sea, Poseidon. The Paphos Promenade is not difficult to find. Simply head toward the seaside from the centre of town. The promenade is mostly smooth and suitable for visitors of all kinds, including those with buggies or mobility difficulties.
