I called and said i was not charged for anything extra but my credit card was charged extra for 2 rooms that I booked. They said it will be reimbursed after 10days but it’s been more than that and they don’t even know what those charges are for."

"I like that the room had a refrigerator and microwave. The hotel is located in area that is very close to a lot of restaurants and shops. It was very easy to get to Monterey from the hotel. The only real is issue was the constant noise from the then walls. I would stay here again the next time I visit the area."
