"Our family had a wonderful time at West Bay staying at 2 Driftwood. The accommodation was clean, warm and situated in the heart of the town. It was only a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and the jetty. It is such a pretty place, the view along the beach is stunning and everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. I recommend staying here."

"The property was as in pictures apart from the entrance, which was around the back of the property on an uneven surface and up a steep metal wet staircase. Would suggest slated blinds as the sun makes the property very hot especially at the velux window above the sink.
Overall, a pleasant stay in a lovely sea side town. "

"The Apartment, was quiet and just the right size for one or two people to stay in. The town was walkable to the town, but it was the hills coming back up. There was no onsite parking and it was pop lucky if you got a space on the road."

"Lovely hotel in great location, right in centre of Lyme Regis amongst shops, restaurants and bars, 2 minute walk to a lovely beach, room and bathroom was so spacious , spotlessly clean, decor really nice, Staff friendly, breakfast has a good choice, we also ate in the restaurant on the evening and food was gorgeous, would definitely recommend"
"Our room was smaller than we expected but supplied everything we needed, including a fan. There was minor road noise but this did not disturb us and is to be expected at a hotel in such a good position. The highlights were the excellent service of all the cheerful staff and the complimentary breakfast."
"Booked for a weekend family visits, we didn't use any of the spa or entertainment or restaurant options so cannot comment on those. Our room was clean and tidy, staff welcomed us on arrival and wished us well on checkout. The car park is super busy but that is an issue anywhere so close to the seafront. The only issue we had was some very noisy upstairs neighbours who woke us several times - even during the hotels requested quiet times. Obviously, visitor behaviour is somewhat outside of the hotels control and being such an old and historic building some creaks and squeaks are to be expected, just a shame it somewhat ruined a nice stay."
"We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. Don’t be put off by the facade as once you step inside the hotel it is wonderful. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful and they work really hard. The room was really clean with super comfy beds and the air con was fabulous.
The evening meal we had was very enjoyable and good value for money. The breakfast was again excellent with just the right amount of choice and at £10 each was again very good value for money.
We would not hesitate to book this hotel again."
"We had a very nice stay at The Sleeping Bear. The room was clean and tidy and the bed comfortable. Please be aware with no lift it is a little tricky getting up and down the stairs if you are less mobile. An excellent stay!"
"Nice manor-style hotel with well equipped rooms and bathroom, excellent English-Style and other breakfast options, nice bar and outside dining areas. The rooms are old -style but confortable with an excellent price-quality ratio. The only drawback was the absence of AC during our mid-july hot summer days stay but the ventilator + opened window was OK to sleep well anyways. Also well located in the center of Yeovil for restaurants and easy parking on site all-around the many buildings. Very recommended to explore the Fleet Air Arm or Haynes museums or a day trip to the tails museum in Bovington!"
"I had a ground floor room in the annexe, very comfy and plenty of space.
The best thing about the hotel is the friendliness and customer service from the staff team. Super helpful to us as a group of female cyclists. Our bikes were safely stored overnight and staff were brilliant."

Holiday rentals are privately owned properties you can book for a few days, or a quick weekend, in Seatown. If you're concerned about cleanliness, a holiday rental can offer a sense of safety away from public hotel lifts and lobbies bustling with people while still allowing you a great travel experience.
