While in town for a wedding and exploration of Seattle, the room in Queen Anne section of the city was perfect for our 5 night stay. The room is one of 5 in the building, The building and room was secured by door codes so not worrying about a key was great. This room is on the 2nd floor in the back of the house with an excellent view of East Lake on the other side of Lake Union. Lake Union was about a 15 minute downhill walk from the house. Back to the room...it was clean, has a small sink/refrigerator, walk in closet and decent sized bathroom3. It was a bit warm while we were there so the portable air conditioner came in very handy (seems to be the norm in Seattle). The kitchen and living room were sizable but also a common area for all the guests. If there was a downside, the walls were kind of thin. There weren't many people there while were there so no issues but I could see it being a bit much if there was a rowdy crew. The location of the property was excellent, just outside of a bus stop, very walkable to the Lake Union area, Kerry Park and Mercer Street. Fair warning if you rent a car, parking was scarce in the evening/night. All in all definitely recommend the property if you want to stay a bit out of the city, but still be within a 20 minute walk or car ride to almost any touristy spot.

Parking was a bit of a challenge since it's street parking only. The place was immaculate and exactly as we expected. The heated floors in the bathroom was a nice surprise. The bed was very comfy and we appreciated the firmness variety of the pillows. You will have to walk down and up a fairly steep hill as well as one to three flights of stairs to access your room so I would but recommend for someone with limited mobility.

Pros: comfortable bed. Clean unit. Great to have laundry onsite. Cons: The check-in process is a hassle and intrusive. You must carry your luggage up multiple flights of stairs. This is a room in a shared space. The walls are paper-thin, and guests have parties until 2 am. The unit was cold and never got warm enough. There is nowhere to sit in your room other than on the bed. It's also a food desert. There is very little to eat within a 10-minute walk.

This was a great room with an excellent view of Seattle's skyline (beautiful at night). It had all the amenities needed and a comfortable bed. It was quiet at night. The area was a bit out of the way but easy to get to via public transport and walkable to the Space Needle.
