This place was in a perfectly convenient area and very clean. The staff was so helpful and kind.

There were a few problems with the room from cleanliness to missing basic room stuff. All these issues were resolved to the best of their abilities at the time. I would suggest double checking your bill at check out. I was almost double charged for valet parking (prepaid for parking on Expedia and then charged separately by the hotel) and it was a quick fix at check out. Overall, a good stay.

Hotel is clean and location is good. Tv didn’t work or the fan in the toilet. Other than that it was good. If walking from the hotel and back make sure to take 4th or 5th street before walking down to market or stores as Seneca St which the hotel is on is steep past 4th.

Clean, spacious room with comfortable beds. The staff are very accomodating and friendly. It’s very accessible, just a few blocks away to the bus and tram stations and just about 8-minute walk to get to waterfront. It was really a wonderful stay with my family. We’ll definitely be coming back.
