Very courteous staff and clean rooms. The only thing i do not like with this hotel group is the ESA wifi service which has 3rd party sign in. It runs slow as well and goes out quite often.

The room was really good, the staff was very courteous and helpful, we had an issue with the upstairs neighbors making noise until after 10 pm and then again at 4ish am, and as a smoker, I was not a fan of the fact that you could exit but couldn't re-enter the various hallway doors and had to walk around to the lobby entrance to get back to our room.

Unrelated, the elevator didn’t actually leave the floor after attempting to close it’s door,8 out of 10 times; making flights of stairs to the 4 Th floor a daily (multiple times per day) practice.
