Generally a great stay. This time they placed me on the 2nd floor above the entrance and on the Main Street. The placement resulted in the room being exposed to a lot of street noise. Not a problem for some, but I’m a light sleeper

I travel to Seattle from Oregon once a month for work travel and find it more ideal having a quiet room since I travel the following day. My last visit in February I was located near the elevator and this most recent stay I was near the main road. Hopefully, in my next stay my room location will be more ideal.

Perfect overnight or longer place to stay near Seatac. We were doing a tier point run and enjoyed the hotel restaurant the first night and other local eateries the rest of our short stay. Convenient for downtown Seattle, the Museaum of Flight and a scenic drive to Port Townsend. I also enjoyed a swim in the hotel pool, tho chilly :)

During my recent stay, which was not my first time at this hotel, I enjoyed a comfortable room and appreciated the convenient access to I-5 for my return journey home. However, I did experience a slight inconvenience as I was placed near the elevator, which caused some noise disturbance during the late hours. Additionally, I noticed that certain parts of the parking lot on level one still had recessed water where I parked my car. Despite these minor issues, I had an overall positive experience and I am looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Nice, But A Couple Issues
The pool was closed for unknown reason which was disappointing for my 2 teens. The room was a great size for our party of four but the bed was a little too firm for me.

Went for family trip for 2 nights, hotel is new and clean but there is no hot water kettles available at all! We would need to visit the restaurant for hot water. This hotel was even caught us in surprise that there was NO ROOM MAKE UP at all when I ask the front desk specificity in the morning. Otherwise the hotel is new and clean in overall.

Waited for 30 minutes at the airport for the shuttle to the hotel. It’s a 5 minute drive away. Three phone calls to ask where was the shuttle. Was told the driver was at lunch. The driver was apologetic about the wait. The person at the front desk did not greet us, extend an apology for the wait, or even look at me. Gave me a free voucher for breakfast. Get better staff.
