Not impressed at all. I would give zero stars after this experience. Never again. We check-in on Tuesday evening. $30 a night for parking, umm I didn’t see that on Expedia. After having dinner and then came back to the room there was no remote for the TV so they moved us two doors down in the middle of the night. Wednesday morning we notified them of the WiFi not working in our room only in the lobby. I couldn’t send emails or receive. I over heard the front desk employee tell the person checking in that they could save money and park outside the lobby instead of paying the $30/night fee. Wish I had the option. No room service until Thursday after returning to our room for a day of sightseeing at 3:45pm. I had to go to the front desk and shout in the employee locker room to get someone to notice I was in the lobby. The mail lady couldn’t get in to deliver mail because no one was at the front desk. Finally received clean towel and had the trash taken out after 48 hours.

There should have been more visible cleaning being done due to covid-19. It seemed that there was less staff and garbage and messes remained in the common areas far too long. I was hoping the elevators and other common areas would have been wiped down more regularly. The staff that was there were very nice.
