Super close to Pike Place (across the street!). It was nice to have a mini kitchen to eat breakfast. It’s an older building, but the rooms were clean. One small elevator, worked the entire time! Good value choice.

I loved this property- it was like having my own studio apt in downtown Seattle for the night. Walking distance to Pike Place Market. A very short walk from the Westlake light rail station meant no expensive Uber needed from the airport. Friendly staff. Would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed here for my first ever trip to Seattle and had a 10/10 stay. The receptionist at the front desk was very nice and helpful, and they even let us check in earlier than our check-in time since the room was ready quicker than expected. The hotel was also walking distance from Pike Place Market and many food and cafe spots. Overall, I would recommend Reside Seattle to anybody planning a trip to Seattle and would stay here again!

Amazing old building in an even better area. Staff was really nice and super accommodating. Only downside was I was too tall for the shower and it was shoulder height (6ft).

There were a ton of homeless around the area, not the property's fault, but did require the front door to be locked and had to be buzzed into the facility. The entry to the building is extremely small as it is only a hallway, but the staff was very helpful. Only 1 block from Pikes Market and the waterfront - Great location

Loved the location. Easy check in and out. Very comfortable bed. The kitchen was a bonus and had all that I needed. My only recommendation is that the carpeting in the elevator and hallways be removed.
