Really great customer service. The front desk at check in was wonderful to myself and my husband. They are the reason we keep coming back. I hope the hotel manager treats them kindly.

Four Points by Sheraton Downtown Seattle Center
When we booked this hotel, it advertised free breakfast, but that wasn't the case. it was disappointing, but it didn't ruin are stay. Great location. will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Location was a quick and easy walk to Climate Pledge Arena. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast options were great and plenty of seating in the breakfast room.
