"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. From the moment when I asked if the milk she was offering for the tea in our room was UHT and she said we don’t do that here, I knew I was in good hands. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. We could just glimpse the waves from our beach front accommodation. We had a lovely walk on the beach. I took a few pics of the llamas. We got excellent advice regarding the glow worm dell and if it hadn’t been raining and blowing a gale, I’m sure we would have seen them (ie we didn’t go!). "

We liked the location and really appreciated the salt and pepper sachets and heated towel rack. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We loved our stay in Hokitika which was enhanced by our great accomodation. "
