"We stayed in the Puri Raya Villa for one week and it was simply fantastic!
The rooms were clean and beautiful with enough space. The bathroom was especially spacious. From our Villa we had a amazing view into the jungle.
The staff moreover was extremely kind and helpful. The manager, Putu, always helped us to organize acitvities (e.g. massages, tour guide for Kintamani). He picked us up from the airport, was available if we needed something anytime and gave us recommadations for cafés and...

"Gusty and Parta are incredible hosts that have built an amazingly beautiful villa. Our Villa was great. We loved the amazing exterior and interior of the place. We had our own little coy fish pond and several private seating areas. Gusty, Parta and their family will go above and beyond to make sure your visit is amazing!"

"Great place to relax and unwind with plenty of amenities on the property such as pool, gym, pool table, bicycles, massage,...etc.
The best thing about this place is the fresh tropical fruit plate and juices that was served complimentary every morning with breakfast!! "

"We didn’t like our stay at this property. It’s just 3 rooms located at a very aloof place. The property is not maintained n no dining option available. "

"Check-in was a breeze, we arrived early and said we would go have a coffee and could we just leave our bags. The staff tagged them up and we were just about to head out and was informed our room was ready.
The room was clean well maintained and Huge.
The staff were so helpful with any enquires and breakfast was better than most other places we stay at."
"Stayed in the floating lake room and the views were top tier. Several pools the food was amazing and the staff were so accommodating. Can’t wait to come back."
"The Hotel is a short walk from the center or Ubud but once you walk through the main entrance it feels as though you are completely away from the hubbub of the town. All the staff were extremely friendly. It was a totally relaxing experience. We used the hotel to book several excursions and a big call out to Suli our driver/ Guide. He met us at the airport and was our driver for the trips. Always warm and friendly, he is a great ambassador for the hotel. He shared anecdotes of life on the island and made us feel as though we were at home there.
We ate in all three hotel restaurants , The food at all was exceptional.."
"Lovely location in Sanur by the beach and great staff. The room was super clean but smaller than expected for delux booking. The small area to sit out was not so relaxing as not private to passers by. The breakfast was very busy but I think this was because renovations were taking place when we visited. The pool was lovely but not always easy to get a spot."
