The room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable, and the amenities were excellent throughout our stay. We especially loved the weekly Balinese dinner show, the daily yoga sessions, and the peaceful morning walk through the rice fields.
We did the walk with Ajus, who was fantastic — not only did he make the experience memorable, but he also worked at reception and handled every request we had with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care.

"Gusty and Parta are incredible hosts that have built an amazingly beautiful villa. Our Villa was great. We loved the amazing exterior and interior of the place. We had our own little coy fish pond and several private seating areas. Gusty, Parta and their family will go above and beyond to make sure your visit is amazing!"

"I had a wonderful time there. It was very peaceful, no noise, only the birds and gekkos :)
The staff was really attentive with the cleaning and breakfast. You can choose from a few options when they bring it to your room.
The view from my room was amazing. I had the panoramic double room. It was spacious, clean and cozy."

"We stayed in the Puri Raya Villa for one week and it was simply fantastic!
The rooms were clean and beautiful with enough space. The bathroom was especially spacious. From our Villa we had a amazing view into the jungle.
The staff moreover was extremely kind and helpful. The manager, Putu, always helped us to organize acitvities (e.g. massages, tour guide for Kintamani). He picked us up from the airport, was available if we needed something anytime and gave us recommadations for cafés and...

"My solo stay at this Adiwana Alas Harum was incredible! Every staff member is extremely kind and welcoming. The onsite amenities are outstanding, and I so appreciate the private escort through the village to the local temple. The food and jungle villa were magical. I recommend this property for solo travelers as well as couples and families, as a huge diverse group of guests!!"
"This place is everything. It’s beautiful! I stayed in an upper pool room and it was so peaceful! I will definitely stay here again. The staff was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend"
"Very clean room and all the amenities were excellent. Location is fabulous. Very warm and welcoming staff. A little sound proofing of the walls is required for peaceful sleep."
"A fantastic hotel, wonderful people and a great location close to the Sacred Monkey Forest. Great spot to not only explore Ubud and rhe surrounding area but to also relax away from the bustle of the town. Highly recommend."
"We stayed last year in an outward facing room and were not too happy. However, this year we booked a pool facing room, which we felt was more spacious, even if it wasn’t, and used the pool a lot more. Very happy with our stay."
"Such a beautiful 6-day stay at Sanna Ubud. We dined at the restaurant every day, food was always delicious.
Butler service was a major plus. On the last day I got ill with a stomach bug and the butler went out of his way to get me a product I needed from the pharmacy and deliver tea to my room. The service at this hotel is unbeatable.
Our room was also beautiful with a view of the valley, our pool was a good temperature and clean so we went swimming daily.
The hotel staff keep the property in impeccable shape. We never saw a mosquito and the room was kept very clean.
We also used the gym on several occasions, small but enough equipment to get a workout in.
They do have a shuttle that goes to Ubud, it’s important to inform the hotel of your plans so they can arrange transport.
Laundry service was great, the activities as well. We loved the guide who brought us to the rice fields for a walk, and also the yoga class. We attended the offering activity however it ended up being not even a 5 minute activity.
The spa was also a treat! We took a 90-minute balinese massage and it was phenomenal. So relaxing!!
If you are looking for paradise, views of the wilderness, great food, and friendly staff, look no further!
We will definitely return to this hotel!"
"Our stay at Ayung Resort was one of the highlights of our Southeast Asia trip. We stayed at around seven different properties, and this was easily our favorite.
The villa exceeded our expectations and looked exactly like the photos—no misleading editing like we experienced at some other places in Bali. The beautiful hand-carved wooden details throughout the room gave it an authentic Balinese feel while still feeling truly luxurious.
The location was perfect. Instead of staying in the busy, crowded Ubud Palace area, we were surrounded by lush forest with the soothing sound of the Ayung River. Waking up to monkeys peacefully going about their morning in the trees was a memorable experience.
The resort grounds are large, beautifully landscaped, and impeccably maintained. Housekeeping was outstanding—the room was spotless every day, and water, toiletries, towels, and everything else were replenished without us ever needing to ask. The buggy service was always quick, and every staff member we met was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful.
We also had the seafood dinner one evening, and it was one of the best meals of our trip. Breakfast was good, although after several mornings the selection became a little repetitive.
Overall, this is what true luxury feels like: beautiful surroundings, authentic Balinese craftsmanship, exceptional service, and attention to every detail. Every dollar felt well spent, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for any"
