2/10 Terrible

"Wyndam resorts should be ashamed of having a property like this. The place smells disgusting. Bathroom is very small. Kleenex holder was off wall. Breakfast only had waffles. Coffee was out and no juice or anything else to eat. Printer didn’t work so no receipts for the stay."

"Our stay at Hotel Frederick was really nice. I love the historic building and love all of the antique furniture. My husband actually wished there was an iron so he could iron his pants, but there was not, and no hangers in the armoire. But, those things are trivial. The sheets were super soft. There was even music that weekend in the downstairs bar."

"From the outside and some of the clientele staying at the hotel, one would have thought it was going to be a very rough stay. Once inside the hotel was clean and relatively updated. It was very loud due to some of the longer-term guests staying in some of the areas of the hotel and the echo created. The rooms were clean, updated and quiet. We had a room directly across from the pool which was nice so I could work while my daughter swam with some of her friends staying at the hotel. The beds were small and so was the room but worked out fine for just my daughter and I traveling for the week. Breakfast was mediocre but not terrible. Hotel staff were amazing and super nice and helpful. Overall the hotel wasn't terrible, but would be 100% better without the long-term guests living there and if there were more or actual safety features on the outer doors coming into the building. Anyone could have walked into the hotel from any of the outer doors without a key card."
