"Excellent place for transit. Close to the airport, airport transfer available, good service, pleasant staff. This is my first review, but have stayed at this hotel several time and will always choose this one. If I need transit, this is the place for me. Room service is good. The menu limited but quite adequate for a hungry person. Plenty of eating places just outside the hotel. Price of a room is competitive, but the "twin beds" are big enough for two people. "Booked this hotel due to the proximity to Surabaya airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the airport which was great. Rooms were comfortable with AC. There was a strong, unpleasant smell of food when the bathroom fan was left on. Not much in terms of the local surrounding area. When we called for room service at 6pm they said it was closed. But if you need a hotel close to the airport then this is the one."

"The hotel was conveniently located near the Surabaya Airport and Immigration office, but it only provided a shuttle from and to the airport despite the immigration office being close. If you don't get a King bed room, then you will be stuck in very tiny and uncomfortable twin beds. Additionally, the condition of the hotel is not the best.
