"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The property appeared poorly maintained, starting with the condition of the parking lot and exterior.
Once in our room, we found multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues. The bathtub was clogged and would not drain during a shower. An empty, broken shampoo bottle had been left on the bathroom counter, and the bathroom floor was dirty with visible hair. The overall condition of the room gave the impression that it had not been thoroughly cleaned.
Both toilet paper rolls were nearly empty, there were no linens provided for the pullout couch, and we had to request bedding and additional towels from the front desk. There were also stains on the flooring throughout the room.
We were disappointed to learn that the hot tub was under construction and unavailable during our stay, as this was one of the amenities that influenced our booking decision.
The staff members we interacted with were friendly; however, the front desk area appeared unprofessional. There was an individual spending time behind the check-in counter who did not appear to be assisting guests, which did not leave a positive first impression.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, and unavailable amenities made this a frustrating stay. We hope management addresses these concerns and improves the guest experience."
