"Great staff - Clean room - Extremely comfortable bed - Quiet "

"Yes. Staff was polite. Room clean , however, we had zero hot water. One shower at 5:00 AM and another at 6:30 AM. neither shower had hot water. Very disappointed. Breakfast was hot and selections were okay. "

"Staff was nice when we went but phones were down for over 24 hours before we got there and many days after. They offered a refund but expedia couldnt reach via their phone so now im out the money because of no issue of my own. Very upsetting "
