"Quick overnight stay, hotel well placed for Sunday afternoon on the Pier and close to the Congress Theatre for my evening concert, likewist 15 odd min walk from Eastbourne Train Station, Stff very helpful, bed room reasonale size with large bathroom (with bath). Coffee/ tea etc in room. Room nice and warm overnight (didn't try T.V. but used the fridge). Will definately book there again if a concert comes up."

"Great find in Rye! Room number 4 had balcony looking over car park which was better than it soundsโ€ฆ.peaceful, secluded and surrounded by trees. Balcony needs attention but this didnโ€™t detract from the lovely room. Staff smiley and helpful. Loved the bar outside to watch the world go by. Great breakfast which was cooked to order and dining room a pleasant space. Great location for sightseeing."
