Everything from texting us that we can check-in early, to our time spent at the spa, a great room (my wife and I had a King suite), an amazing breakfast at the resort's Rascal restaurant, to checkout was truly a restful & relaxing get-away. Just the experience what you always hope for, but don't always receive, even at highly rated hotels. "Had a great stay at Sky Rock - you can’t beat the views they have - seriously 360. The shared balcony feels big and its great to chill at night by the fire. Breakfast buffet was great for good price and live music was the highlight while stargazing. Rooms are big and clean and its located within minutes of everything you need. There was an extra charge in my card but after talking to manager all was taken care. Great experience overall!"
