We could not understand most of the words because the connection was broken and choppy. And it was very obvious they were taking care of several other customers at the same time because their eyes were on multiple other screens. Which also made it take much longer to accomplish the check-in process. Housekeeping was supposed to come each day, but when I called and asked management, they had no answer or explanation except that the housekeeper couldn’t get in the room. Really??? Also, we were locked out of our room by 9 AM on the day of checkout."

"Honest Review - booked two rooms for our family trip in Sedona. But unfortunately, instead of having two rooms on at least the same floor, we were assigned one room downstairs and the other room upstairs. We asked receptionist if there is availability on the same floor but immediately she rejected and said there is none. We ended up did not enjoyed our stay in this hotel. In all fairness, the rooms are big and clean nice view. TIP: the next time you want to book for two rooms, must clearly specify or request to have it on the same level or according to what would be your convenience is. "

"Enjoyed the choice of decor and how the room was laid out. Comfy bed, Keurig coffee machine, safe, bathroom with extractor fan, blackout blinds on all windows and a fridge with ice box nice amenities. Great pool and picnic area with comfy seating."

"Room is little too small for a family especially if you are traveling with kids. Breakfast wasn’t free as it was stated that there will be free breakfast"

The room itself was gorgeous—beautifully designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. One of the highlights was the outdoor patio, which was truly amazing. It was the perfect spot to relax, take in the scenery, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Overall, this place strikes a perfect balance between comfort and natural beauty. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sedona."
