Our stay was brief and fine. The room is pricey for what it is, but the Sedona area is so expensive in general, and we booked last minute. The room was small, nicely decorated, and clean. Sheets were clean but so scratchy. I appreciated the 24 hour availability for check-in, it was my first time using a virtual concierge, but that was efficient. Parking was easy with included pass. Location was great and felt safe. Overall everything was fine for a quick stay.

America Joann and David were the best. They should get a raise. You get what you pay for. The area was most convenient. It was very spartan. Very different than what I expected that being said I had a lovely stay in Sedona. My first for a few things. Like the virtual check in. Really helpful friend of Joann helped me with my bags, as an elder I was very grateful. Nice people. Oh btw the walls are paper thin

The room was pretty basic. It’s an older property but for the money, it was perfect. It was quiet, comfortable and clean. Can’t beat the location. Check in was annoying. We waited almost an hour to check in with 3 people ahead of us in line. Other than that, and the water going cold a couple times, it was just fine.

Room was clean, and we did not need assistance from the staff so we never crossed paths with any hotel employees . Check in and check out were different from what we are used to but they were very easy.Parking on site was very convenient, and the location was perfect 👌.

Good small inn located only 6 minutes from uptown Sedona. Very close to many hikes and sightseeing spots. I was here for 6 days and used less than 1/3 tank of gas going out daily for hiking, work, and shopping.

Great bang for you buck

If you’re looking to trim some fat in your budget and still be comfortable, I suggest this place. Sedona can be a bit pricey, so I really appreciate have options like this! We flew into Sedona in a C-172, so its distance from the airport was much appreciated.
