The check-in was very long cause they were having computer problems, but the staff was very friendly and apologetic the checkout they kind of messed up our credit cards. It was supposed to put on too, and they put it on one and then there was no one at the desk, the breakfast was really great and the staff at the breakfast was very helpful and sweet.

Had a comfortable stay. Bed's really comfy and very powerful shower and nice and hot. Staff lovely and friendly. Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, bacon and potatoes. And all the continental food. Would stay again.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Great location for visiting Sedona. Area was clean and safe, rooms a bit outdated but very clean and functional. I enjoyed the firm bed and my family enjoyed the continental breakfast. I would definitely stay again., my family was very happy staying here.

The rooms were clean and staff were very helpful. I really appreciated how much the person managing Breakfast worked to keep everything clean. The only down side was that the sink and shower drains seemed partially clogged and water pressure was low. Otherwise, very nice and comfortable.
