This is one of the best stays and experiences. I highly recommend and we look forward to staying again. The staff were exceptional! The hotel is well situated, well designed and maintained. The spa was serene and clean. There is a lot to do just at the resort without needing to step out. Overall a wonderful experience.

Outstanding service and welcome

Superb service from start to finish. As a young family with a 10 and 2 year old, we were made to feel welcome and almost all facilities were available to us to use. All staff were fantastic. We would certainly stay again

The Hotel Stay was very nice; the spa area is absolute fabulous, wonderful saunas, quiet spaces and great ambiance- the changing rooms could use an update; there are no toiletries, no hair dryer or keys to lock your personal items; the gym area is a little small and outdated, the dining options are great, but not really what I would expect staying at a 5 star hotel, the salad bar is soso, options are very limited; the staff at night is top notch, the morning crew needs a little reminder that guests like coffee right away, I had to get up a few times to ask for more coffee or the “morning news” - also the breakfast buffet is not what I would call 5 star, it was a nice selection but could use a little upgrade; but I would say my biggest disappointment was my room, it was small, there was a pole almost in the middle of the room, I had no night stand and felt it was very cramped; knowing that they weren’t fully occupied, I was a little surprised to have been given such a small room with a view into the parking lot; bottom line, I very much enjoyed my stay, but would likely not return - there were too many little things that didn’t add up to 5 star experience and didn’t give me the bang for the buck that I paid.

This is a beautiful alpine resort in a small town called Seefeld which is about 10 miles from Innsbruck. It was very easy to take the train into Innsbruck. The town of Seefeld is charming!

This hotel was amazing! It is a beautiful resort hotel with a lovely staff and amazing food! We were planning to go into Innsbruck the day we arrived but we decided to stay at the hotel and sit by the lake in a cabana. At both dinners we were there the owner personally came to our table to greet us and ask how everything was. Most importantly, there is the amazing Sachertorte! I can’t wait to come back!!

Ihre erste Reaktion war: „Wir sind eigentlich komplett ausgebucht hier vorne.“ Als ich erklärte, dass ich bereits eine Woche zuvor per E-Mail einen schönen Tisch reservieren wollte, da mein Mann Geburtstag hat, antwortete sie, man habe nur die Information erhalten, dass es sich um einen Geburtstag handle. We stayed to celebrate a 50th birthday and were truly disappointed with the staff. The hotel was beautiful but the experience was ruined by the rudeness, aggression, condescension and lack of care by most staff we encountered excluding David the GM, who was lovely & apologetic (he came out of his office after his staff raised their voice at me). We received the pre-arrival email asking us for any preferences we had, but it was completely disregarded. It took us 3 frustrating attempts to get the 1 simple thing we requested - which could have been done before or upon arrival. I travel a lot & don’t write a negative reviews, but I’ve never been spoken to so rudely by hotel staff, let alone a 5 star hotel. We were dismissed without explanation multiple times and then expected to literally pay cash for the staff’s mistakes. Not good when guests are nicer to the staff than they were in return. Five different staff told us the hotel was booked out, passing their stress onto their guests, even though all of our interactions were at quiet off peak times. Such a surprisingly negative experience at a hotel that should have been an easy positive.
