We had a problem with the check in but eventually we got upgraded room and the stuff was very nice and helpful! The hotel is very nice, located 5 min walk from Seefeld center and breakfast was good :)

Excellent Trip to Seefeld
Once Europe opened its borders, our family could not wait to travel again. We chose this spot as something new and exciting, and we were not disappointed. The hotel staff was courteous and professional. We loved the way Mania made our eggs each morning. The location is just walking distance to downtown, the train station, and other sites. The hotel owner upgraded our room, so we were pleasantly surprised. we hope to return here during the winter season.

Highly recommended!!
Our stay was so amazing which made me and my husband bring our family to Seefeld again! This was the second time that we had visited - cozy room, close to station and perfect breakfast! Highly recommended. We will definitely visit here again! And thanks to Paul who made our stay so comfy and relaxed. Our family had enjoyed so much that all of us had a good memory with the stays :) Staying at Princess Bergfrieden was the highlight in our trip! Thank you Paul again for your kindness!

Great hiking holiday in Tirol
Walking distance to train station & town centre. Friendly and helpful hotel staffs. Great swimming pool & Spa facilities. It is wonderful to have a little swimming and sauna after a day's hike in the mountain.

Seefeld SnowFest
Great hotel with great hosts. The hotel is minutes from the train station and offers a friendly welcome and great rooms (albeit room 7 is on the small size). Breakfast is the usual continental but with hot eggs/bacon on offer if required. The bar/lounge area is limited but pleasant enough and throw in the pool, sauna and wellness areas then this hotel has it all. If you are planning to visit Seefeld during January then a great weekend to stay is during the Seefeld Snow Festival, DJ's, Bands, street artists etc. ensure that the village is buzzing.

The perfect place and host
This hotel has approximately 30 rooms and is owned and managed by a Dutch couple. I was rather skeptical of the 5 on 5 rating. My skepticism was immediately put to rest when the owner greeted us upon our late arrival and showed us around. He is a super host! The hotel has saunas, pool, workout facility, and a lounge for quiet evening drinks in front of the fireplace. It is a short 500m walk to the village centre and hiking trails. And roughly a 1.5k wall to nordic trails.! Breakfast is the best that I have had in Europe and included speciality coffee/espressos (capuccino with soy milk), eggs any style (omelette), and fresh OJ. Our room was immaculate, quiet, and comfortable!

we are a family of 5 memberes that visit Princess Bergfrieden on july 2018. the expirience was marvaless. paul and his staff host us generously.they went out of their way to let us feel comfotable and at home.the apartment was big,well decorated,well equipped including the kitchen. seprated bathroom and toilet which is important to us as a big family.the restaurant for breakfast was beautiful and with a great atmosphere. the food was delicious.we enjoyed the pool and the gym a lot! the location was very good to explore the area and to travel and see tyrol.we recommend this place a lot!! it was great!! we will come again.

Lovely apartment, well stocked with great views across the golf course to the mountains. A nice small pool and spa area for relaxing. A short walk into Seefeld town centre usually, but this year we were unfortunate in that the railway station was being rebuilt and the only way into Seefeld was through the underpass under the railway construction site, past people working with noisy, dusty machines, e.g. angle grinders, and heavy machinery close by to where people walking. Not pleasant, but this wasn't the hotel's fault. No train service from Seefeld in either direction as the station was out of commission, but there were bus connections. Best wishes to the new management team for the future, who were very helpful, and also wishing Jens the best for the future.

On arrival we were met by Jens the manager and given a cup of tea and all the maps and information tailored to our hiking ability. So friendly. Even carried case to room. Views from our room were great and had robes and slippers to go down to the pool and spa. Breakfasts were great, the choice of hams, cheeses, etc, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, all sorts of rolls and bread , cooked breakfast, cakes and more all served by the most friendly waitress . They even provided gluten free rolls for my wife. Even all the cleaning staff were so friendly and always immaculately dressed. Because this is a small hotel, you got the personal attention. Am already looking to book this hotel again. Can't praise it highly enough.

A welcome break
The hotel staff was very helpful. We stayed here in the middle of a three week trip through Central Europe. We decided our time in Seefeld would be "down time," after being constantly on the go. Our time there was just what we needed.

This is a reallly terrific property for a family stay. We stayed in an apartment unit and found Seefeld to be a wonderful base for hiking and exploring. The hotel service and location was perfect.

Very well run hotel close to the centre
We enjoyed a superb stay which is hard to fault! The hotel was spotless throughout in a charming traditional style on a vintage theme. Jens was our host and never failed to look after us as did all the other people on the team. Breakfast was perfect every day with a good choice of hot food [eggs. bacon etc] cooked to order. The swimming pool and sauna were immaculate and a welcome activity after a hard days skiing. We will definitely be back!

Outstanding hitel
Really enjoyed our stay in this traditional hotel with a modern take on tyrolean comfort and decor. We stayed in a family suite which was a real home from home with excellent catering equipment which allowed us to eat in some times and relax. Great pool which we enjoyed and good location - easy to walk into the main part of Seefeld without being right in the centre. Jens and his staff couldn't do more to make our stay comfortable. Visited in July with our teenage daughter, stayed 5 nights, travelled by train.

We liked everything about this hotel. When we were greeted, we were provided with a coffee by our host who spent considerable time helping us plan our stay. The advise proved invaluable. The room, spa and breakfast were all wonderful as well as a cozy lounge area. This is a highly recommended stay.

Perfect Stay!
We were very happy with the Princess Bergfrieden and cannot believe we paid so little for our stay. Not sure why it’s classed as a 3 star because our stay could not be faulted. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Hotel room was spotless and had a really nice, quality feel about it. We wouldn’t think twice about staying here in the future.

Fantastic place to stay! Amazing location, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful rooms and delicious food. A top class Hotel, spotlessly clean and great facilities. Swimming pool and sauna are excellent after a busy day! The staff were all absolutely brilliant, Jens, Sylvia and Sophia to name a few. So much to see and do in the surrounding area, golfing, biking, walking, mountains and great restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend this property, suits any age or taste! Underbart trevligt hotell i Österrike. Fräscht och otroligt bra service. Familjärt och bra läge i Seelenfeld. Gångavstånd till restauranger och affärer. Pool, bastu och ett mindre träningsrum finns. Mycket bra frukost med möjligheten att få nygjord toast, omelett med mera. Rekommenderas varmt!

Super ontvangst bij aankomst en een erg mooie en ruime hotelkamer voor onze overnachting met het gezin (5 pers). Het ontbijt was uitmuntend, alles vers, veel lokale producten of direct uit de oven en zelfs met een glutenvrij ontbijt was rekening gehouden. Erg leuke ervaring om hier te kunnen overnachten. Een aanrader!

Et fantastisk sted, der varmt kan anbefales til både børn og voksne. Vi er en familie på fem, der havde fornøjelsen af denne perle i tre dage. Vores værelse blev ved ankomst opgraderet til den flotteste lejlighed, der var så gennemført i indretning og valg af kvalitets materialer. Dette gælder for hele hotellet, der oser af tyroler stil og hygge. Der er plads til hygge og afslapning, men også til aktiviteter i hotellets pool eller ved at benytte de omkringliggende omgivelser. Vi tog en tur i hestevogn, gik tur ved søen og shoppede og spiste i den lille by, som ligger få hundrede meter fra hotellet. Hotellets morgenmad er helt perfekt til både børn og voksne og personalet er i top. Hele opholdet var en luxusoplevelse, der ovenikøbet var til at betale.
