"Nice hotel, lovely check in and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Bed extremely comfortable. Excellent position near to tram stops and lots of food places. Restaurant and Starbucks in the hotel. We went to an event at the Coop live and it was perfect, as we left there were queues a mile long to go back into the centre of Manchester but nothing coming out to the village hotel, glad we chose this one. "

"Awful smell, took a while to find out what it was; mouldy vegetables left in the kitchen cupboard. Floor boards upstairs extremely creaky; never heard anything like it. Every time we sat on the sofa it sounded like it was going to snap in half. Beds very uncomfortable, especially in front bedroom, your bum touches the base of the bed."
"You know i can tell you about the stay but in fact THERE WAS NO STAY. the property is a SCAM. I knocked at the door multiple times and nobody answered, i was left no instructions to even access the property either. So when i applied for a refund i was refused and left no answer. The owner wouldn’t even pick up the phone. It’s an absolute disgrace that i’ve lost the money aswell as a university student it’s just sad. Never ever visit this place as it’s actually shocking "
