"A beautiful which exceeded expectations. Spacious and luxurious recently refurbished. Beds very comfortable, beautiful views. Staff were excellent, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Well located for the station and the centre. Hotel is currently being refurbished so not full occupancy, but works were barely noticeable. Nice pool and spa area."

"We had a fantastic stay at Hapimag Resort Interlaken and it was an excellent choice for our family of five. The room was very large and thoughtfully laid out, giving everyone plenty of space to relax and unwind after busy days exploring the area. The location was ideal—conveniently situated between both train stations, which made getting around incredibly easy. It was also within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and everything Interlaken has to offer. One of the standout features was the view—absolutely amazing and a perfect backdrop to our stay. Overall, a comfortable, spacious, and well-located option for families. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Nice staff, Clean room but very basic. The family apartment is in a total different building with no elevator not connected to the hotel, you have to walk in the alley to get there. Breakfast is average to below average. Food is not labeled. "
