The location is good close to Senggigi Beach and other popular beaches. The restaurant and breakfast are good.
But the condition of the property is below what I was expecting. The lights in the room half working, the sliding window to the private pool not fully closing letting bugs come through, the plugs in the room half way screwed into the walls, the walls showing signs of humidity everywhere.... A bit of repairs needed for this hotel.

Was quite shocked. Upon checking in, served a welcome drink, which was great but after that was just downhill. No towels were in the room and tried to call the front desk but the phone was disconnected. It took hours to get the towels. Power outage continued for so long and occurred frequently. The color of water was terrible… even for 1 night, wasn’t rest at all…

"Stayed for 5 nights. The receptionist who helped us checked in was very nice. Ahe also recommended to rent a motorcycle so we can explore anytime we wanted to go out. Without the motorbike, I dont think we would have seen Lombok's natural beauty and its villages. Our overall experience was unforgettable. ..."
