"This was a great place to stay for two nights in late October and to take out and back day trips by train to Siena and Florence on back-to-back days. Very close to the train station - very convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant in the morning was small, but good. Highly recommend this location! "B&B was clean and well located. It was well appointed. Check was easy, and the staff was helpful. I cannot rate it higher than 3 because despite a room temperature that never got lower than 24C/75F, the owner refused to turn on the AC, because it was "cold enough" at night. It was 32C/89F during the day during our 2 stay, with the windows facing the sun in the afternoon. Sadly we would not stay there again"
