"Stef was nice enough and check-in was easy. Sheets, sink, toilet were all clean. The floor was disgusting and it smelled like smoke in our room. Our room key stopped working when we came back for our second night there and I had to check in again. The outdoor pool was not heated."

"The breakfast was very minimal. The room was not clean. There were stains on the carpet hair on the counter by the coffee machine. The bathroom needed some repairs. It looked like they had used leftover product to patch things in the bathroom. I am not sure how it got such a good rating. We would not stay here again. Customer service upon arrival was not very friendly."
