La habitación limpia. Es un acierto tener la zona de ducha en un espacio separado al W.C., facilita las cosas cuando somos 3 personas en una misma habitación. El personal de la recepción es muy amable y te ayudan en lo que necesites. La ubicación del hotel está increíble para trasladarse al casco histórico, y la vista del acueducto es privilegiada. Me volveré a hospedar alli y recomendaré a quienes quieran pasar su estancia en Segovia

Mucho ruido

He pagado más que en uno de 4 estrellas de Salamanca y no he estado mejor. Mucho ruido. Se oye todo, desde los pasos en el piso de arriba como hablar en la habitación de al lado. Para colme por una calle que está al lado del hotel, la habitación daba a ese lado, a todas horas pasaban coches con un ruido considerable, que no facilitaba dormir. No lo aconsejo y desde luego no volveré a ese hotel.

Hotel vicinissimo all'acquedotto e a piedi si può visitare la città e raggiungere la stazione dei bus.La camera e il bagno grandi e puliti,l'arredamento un po' datato avrebbe bisogno di un rinnovamento.Personale alla reception gentile. Tutto ok.

Serviço de pedreiro e marceneiro até no sábado pela manhã na construção de um novo quarto vizinho ao que eu estava (501). Barulho de martelos e serralheira. Reclamei e solicitei gentilmente mudança para outro quarto, pois estava se tornando insuportável a minha estadia. Não fui atendido.

A solid choice of hotel right in front of the Aqueduct on the edge of the old town, making it easy to find and easy to get to by car/taxi. Like many Spanish hotels of this era it may feel a tad tired compared to newer builds or bigger chains, and in theory could perhaps do with updating, but in reality is clean and convenient so there’s not much it would gain by chucking money at replacing 1960s tiles floors with 2020s ones tbh. Used by many coach tours The front desk staff are great - really helped us out during the Great Power Cut of 2025!
