The bathroom is small and has an open shower design that causes water to spread everywhere during use. There was also a bad smell coming from the bathroom. In addition, the facility has no elevator. I had to leave after the first night, even though my reservation was for three nights."

"My wife and I liked every thing about this Gem… we did not know anything about it until we arrived… it was simply outstanding… clean and beautiful rooms, helpful and friendly staff… location was very well centered… we really enjoyed our stay and we surly recommend it for others.
