"I loved this place! Overall; Bali is not for the faint of heart nor disabled bc everything is up and downhill. I am 62 and while I can do up and down with no problems it was really good to have trolleys that would take you up and down no matter how many times you called. The food Menu is excellent and so is the wine list. The staff was very gentle, courteous, and more than anything willing to help at all times with whatever the issue. Lastly I do want to say that before I chose to book here; I read that it would be best to stay in a Balinese home made into a mini villa for the charm , experience; view, etc. but the more I saw; the less convinced I became. You see; I’m an island girl living in Miami so heat and air conditioning must cohabit. So I started to look for hotels that provided a comfortable bed, constant valet help and air conditioning bedrooms. I’m glad I did because it truly is the best of both worlds: Balinese jungle charm with air conditioning and a good nights’ sleep in an amazing bed! Can’t get any better than this! I would highly recommend this place! Thank you for everthing….we had an unforgettable time!"
