"This is a beautiful property with unique, rustic design situated in the middle of the village, definitely off the beaten path! The suite we stayed in on the 4th floor had a beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding greenery. The property was well maintained and the staff was amazingly accommodating. "It all started with when we arrived and the hotel staff said we had no reservation. We showed them the printout of our reservation and the would not honor.
The hotel is far from what's in the picture. It's vert dilapidated and unkempt. It smells really bad. To be honest I was planning to just check-in drop my bags and head out in search of another place.
The staff also, could not speak English. My drive from the airport was my saving grace who was there with us and interpreting to them what...
