"It all started with when we arrived and the hotel staff said we had no reservation. We showed them the printout of our reservation and the would not honor. The hotel is far from what's in the picture. It's vert dilapidated and unkempt. It smells really bad. "A/C in room 100 was not working at all, someone looked at it and still not cooling. Should have washer and dryer’s for the guest to use. 50$ for 1 load of clothing not folded. All in all the stay was great, people were friendly and the hotel was beautiful and clean."
