"A beautiful setting with wonderful staff, even if one or two lacked attentiveness. The bamboo bungalow was beautiful. The bed and beddings were 5/5; very comfortable. Unfortunately, the accolades stop there. Because the "retreat" is so remote, there are no other eating options nearby so guests have to rely on the hotel restaurant. As good as the food was (save for the cold soups), the options were very limited. This was unacceptable given we were the only guests and the menu was not extensive at...

"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. "This villa has truly been one of the best places I’ve ever stayed."

"I loved this entire property. If you are looking for a secluded property away from the touristy spots in Bali, then this is it. Sit back and relax in the privacy of your own villa. There is friendly staff there to assist you with your needs and the villa manager is a text/call on WhatsApp away. "

"We absolutely loved this location. The staff always went above and beyond. They always knew who we are and what room even if it was 1st time meeting us. We left at 615 one morning and they provided us with a to go breakfast completely complementary and was a total surprise! I cant even cover all the excellent service we got there. Truly the best place I have ever stayed!"

"I would 200% stay here again! This place was so beautiful. I especially loved the fact that the property is wide spread so you get to walk to the different areas. The staff was also so helpful and friendly. This place is so amazing and I will be coming back with my family someday!"
