"The facility was as beautiful as advertised. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. The kids club was excellent. So much so that it was always a battle to pick up our son because he loved the staff so much. Overall a great experience!"

"Staff were friendly, but so slow. Service in bars was very bad. Restaurant was manic and whilst staff tried to clear tables often people were walking around waiting for tables. Food was very low in standard and choice. Often cold and not replenished. Its the worse food ive had in Antalya region.
Rooms ok, basic and relatively clean. Bedding and towels are tired.
The hotel grounds are small by comparison to others in Antalya. There was no quiet areas to sit or adult only areas. I found it extremely noisy. The pool is clean.
Turkish ala carte fair. Snack area ok. The hotel serve awful coffee, even in patisserie.
Alcohol quality is not the best but ok. "

"Currently here again in Masmavi - our 8th visit. Can't wait to book again next year. The hotel, the food and everyone that works in Masmavi have made our holiday amazing again! Special shout out to Guest Relations Ulas Yaman and Serdar who were super efficient and any issues resolved immediately. The two tennis coaches were simply fantastic - Emre and Engin. Their tennis lessons are of a very high standard and off the court they're the nicest guys you could meet. And lastly our lovely room maid Ozlem - very efficient and friendly - never stops smiling. We will definitely be back next year - thank you Masmavi!"

"A wonderful experience for the whole family. The rooms were spotless, the staff were incredibly kind, and the food was great throughout our stay. The kids loved the waterpark, and having the indoor pool available when it got chilly outside was a lifesaver. Plus, the spa was top-notch. Highly recommend!"
