"Thought this place would be nice do to having access to freeway , etc. place looks sketchy on the outside it looks like a halfway housing makes you feel uneasy. Inside looks nothing like what’s advertised on the web horrible sheets had paint stains, towels as well. AC unit worked when it wanted then a loud noises where it was annoying and it was hot that day and the next. Talked to the manager he said oh that’s how it is it leaks water outside of it as it’s an energy saver but didn’t fix the issue. The shower hot water didn’t exist warm water for sure . Shower head was spraying water out had to put a wash cloth to cover that. There’s no pool..B.T.W. R re vending machine is only a soda machine. There’s no coffee maker, no iron basic necessities that one needs when out of town don’t exist there. The room had a stench to it as well. This place doesn’t deserve 1 star it deserves 0. they need to get with the program and make it look better in the rooms as well as the exterior . "

"Jacuzzi wasnt working and in fact had dirty water stagnating. Normal pool was dirty. Hot breakfast was just scrambled eggs, oily sausages and the rest was bread and bagel. Rooms were ok-No smart tv though so forget Netflix and chill. Best thing about the hotel was around 4 to 6 free EV charging stations."

"The breakfast was very poor and limited. There was one great thing in this hotel: the coffee machine which went out of service on the first day and during our stay it was not fixed. The shower is clean but old fashioned shower head. And the water was too hot for a shower. You open the water and almost no cold water: it starts very warm to hot. The hotel was almost empty but it’s hard to understand why did we get a room facing to the noisy street. Next to hotel there is a dental office. The office was closed but the very loud music was playing from the outside speakers non stop all day and night long. "

"The breakfast was 7/10. I missed the bagels or biscuits w gravy option and also there was no waffle option and no bacon. The food there did taste good though. Flavored creamers would have been a great option. Also, our room was floor 1 and right outside was parking. People were very loud outside our window while coming/going to their cars. Maybe a "Quiet , please reminder posted outside would help. Staff were all friendly and our room was clean and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. I would stay here again on 2nd floor away from parking lots. "

"I truly love that Sonesta accommodates pets!!! We have a tabby cat, she is beautiful and bougie! Having her here with us and having not to worry, truly made our stay even better!! Every staff member was friendly. "
