Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
No towels or toilet paper in room on arrival. Towels supplied throughout stay had frayed edges and holes. Request for toilet paper produced a single,half used roll. S ower/bath switch on water faulty. No bathmat provided. Staff nice enough but inefffectual. Noisy at nighr. Kids louder than aussies in Legian.
